“During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the bistro, where I enjoyed an very nice meal. I had the gloagburn poached egg with asparagus, which was perfectly cooked, and for the main course, the Carnoustie pork and shredded ham hock was simply amazing. The combination of flavors was good, and the dessert options were just as excellent. The staff provided attentive service without being intrusive, making the whole experience nice.” view full review
